Martha Taylor is the founder of EquiDiscovery, an equine facilitated learning and leadership coaching ministry. Time and time again, she’s seen the magic that happens when horses and humans are put together. And now she’s sharing what she’s learned with others.
An ordained United Methodist Deacon, Martha is an equine specialist certified through the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A). She is also a certified coach with the United Methodist General Board of Higher Education (GBHEM) and the International Coach Federation (ICF).
She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and marketing from the University of Central Arkansas and attended seminary at Memphis Evangelical Theological Seminary. She is also a faculty member for Creating a Culture of Renewal, a ministry that accelerates church vitality and disrupts church decline.
“I believe humans are hard-wired for hope. Hope that we can become our best selves. Hope that the work we do has a lasting positive impact on those we serve. Hope that our relationships are beneficial and healthy. Hope that we connect deeply with the world in which we live.
My approach to life and leadership has taken me from a 20+ year career in healthcare marketing to communications and public relations, to ordination as a United Methodist clergy, and now to EquiDiscovery, a place where teams and individuals get the leg up they need for leadership and life.”
